IOCŽ Realty Specialist Inc., a Nebraska Corporation, hereinafter called "IOCŽ".

IOCŽ trademarks, brands and/or products are not sold; rather, copies of 
IOCŽ trademarks, brands and products, are licensed all the way through 
the licensing distribution channel to the end user. UNLESS YOU HAVE 
ANOTHER AGREEMENT DIRECTLY WITH IOCŽ THAT CONTROLS AND ALTERS YOUR USE
OR DISTRIBUTION OF THE IOCŽ TRADEMARKS AND PRODUCTS, THE TERMS 
AND CONDITIONS OF THE APPLICABLE LICENSE AGREEMENTS APPLY TO YOU.
Please read the agreements applicable for the trademarks and products 
you want to use.

By completing this form and becoming an IOCŽ Licensed user, I hereby agree 
that all trademarks and trade names of IOCŽ remain the property of IOCŽ 
and that I will complete all future IOCŽ Licensing Forms to keep my 
License agreement in full force.

Trademark Licensing Agreement & Network Membership with the IOCŽ Network 
and its associated documentation's copyrighted and proprietary information 
protected by the laws of the United States Trademark Office. The 
Licensed Trademarks and Designs are the sole property of IOCŽ. 
 
IOCŽ grants, you, the Licensed Member Licensee a non-exclusive and
nontransferable license, and the right to use the Licensed Trademarks
and/or Designs. Your right to use the Licensed Trademarks and or Designs 
upon the violation of any provision of this Licensing Agreement.
If any provisions of this License Agreement is held to be unenforceable,
such holding shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions hereof.
Licensed Trademarks and Designs are the sole property of IOCŽ 
associated licensing documentation.

Single User:  If you have not purchased a territory that is clearly designated
as a territory, the IOCŽ Licensed and/or Designs can only be used by you,
 therefore, you can not shared the trademarks, designs or products with any other
person or entity, unless specially authorized in writing and notarized allowing 
you to do so. 
 
Your license grants you to use the IOCŽ Licensed Trademarks, Designs and Products
solely for improving your investment knowledge and marketing purposes of yourself 
to a Buyer or Seller and the general public.

The IOCŽ Licensed Trademark, Designs and/or Products are provided "as is" without
warranties of any kind either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to,
warranties of title or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness 
for a particular purpose, other that those warranties which are implied by and
incapable of exclusion, restriction  or modification under the laws applicable
to this agreement.  IOCŽ does not warrant that the , Designs and/or Products
contained in the Licensed Trademarks and Designs will meet your requirements or that
the operation of the Licensed, Designs and Products will be error free.  Should 
the Licensed Trademarks and Designs prove to be unsuitable for your or your
operation, you (and not IOCŽ) assume the cost of adjustments, repair,
correction or discontinued use. No oral advice or written information given by 
IOCŽ, its employees, licensers or the like, shall create a warranty; nor shall 
you rely on any such information or advice.   
 
Upon request of IOCŽ, You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless IOCŽ its 
officers, directors, employees, agents and licensees, from any claims and expenses,
including reasonable attorney's fees, in connection with your use of the IOCŽ Services, 
Designs and/or Products.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska (excluding choice
of law rules).  This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and 
IOCŽ with respect to your Association with IOCŽ its Service, Designs and Products. 
 OCŽ's failure to enforce any provision hereof shall not be construed as a 
waiver of any provision or right.  In the event that a portion of this Agreement 
is held unenforceable, the unenforceable portion shall be construed in accordance with
applicable law as nearly as possible to reflect the original intentions of the
 parties and the remainder of the provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Failure to have your IOCŽ Licensed Trademark Yearly Subscription License
Fee paid is automatic termination of your licensing of the IOCŽ 
trademark(s) and/or Products you will cease using the IOCŽ Licensed,
Designs and/or Products and any associated documentation.

I agree to the above and would like to be Licensed to use the IOCŽ,
Designs and/or Products: IOCŽ Logos, Designs and Products. 
 
The IOCŽ Trademark Licensing fee for it's IOCŽ Property Form File Product(s)
use will be Fifty ($59.00)IN (U. S. CURRENCY)Dollars per year, for the first 
twelve months of use by you, payable via Paypal.

I am completing this form to use a One (1) IOCŽ Investment Property Form Tool 
for twelve (12) months renewable ever year until I cancel and I agree and 
understand that the form is always changing and updating and accept it "as is" 
for the amount stated above and can cancel the on going subscription to the above 
and have made a copy for my files submitting this form to IOCŽ.
